Who owns the member data stored in Sinag Agency?

You retain full ownership of all client and member data uploaded to your tenant instance. You can export your data at any time under GDPR Art.20 Data Portability.

What happens if I cancel my Sinag Agency subscription?

Upon cancellation, your portal remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period. Afterwards, accounts transition to our OPFS offline mode or scheduled 30-day deletion.

What is the liability cap under these terms?

Total cumulative liability for claims arising under these terms is capped at the total amount paid by customer in the 12 months preceding the event.

Welcome to $Sinag Agency. By accessing or using our multi-tenant SaaS CRM platforms, web applications, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Subscription & Account Registration

Operators must register for a valid account and select an appropriate billing plan. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining multi-factor authentication (MFA) across your operator organization.

2. Data Processing & Hosting

Services are hosted on Cloudflare's edge network. We utilize D1 SQLite for tenant isolation and OPFS for local-first synchronization. You are responsible for any PII you upload to our platform, and you must comply with all applicable privacy regulations.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse $Sinag Agency infrastructure for sending unsolicited spam (SMS/email), storing prohibited content, or conducting unauthorized security penetration tests without written approval.

4. Termination & Suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access continues through the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to suspend instances violating Acceptable Use or experiencing un-remedied payment failures.

5. Intellectual Property

$Sinag Agency and its licensors retain all title, software copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks. No rights are granted other than the limited subscription access right explicitly detailed herein.

6. Data Ownership & Portability (GDPR Art. 20)

You retain 100% ownership of your customer and member database. You may export member records, transaction histories, and attendance data in standardized JSON/CSV formats at any time.

7. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and edge infrastructure updates are announced via our system status page. Liability for service interruption is limited to subscription credits as described in our service-level policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, $Sinag Agency's total cumulative liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless $Sinag Agency against any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from third-party disputes over member data uploaded by your organization.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to ICC arbitration, excepting claims under $10,000 USD eligible for small claims court.
